Read the line ‘Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances’
Read the line ‘Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances’. If the probability value is statistically significant then your variances are unequal; otherwise they are regarded as equal. If the Levene’s probability value is not statistically significant then you need the row ‘equal variances assumed’; if the Levene’s probability value is statistically significant then you need the row ‘equal variances not assumed’. Look to the column ‘Sig (2-tailed)’ and the appropriate row, and see if the results are statistically significant.
