Then build the human lemonade supply chain in front of the class.

After each team determines the order of their supply chain, the next step is to form the entire lemonade supply chain. There are two options:
Complete a poster where each child pastes their unique supply chain link into the template (poster remains in the classroom as a memento) (page 10)
Create a human lemonade supply chain where each team comes to the front of the class, students form their pieces, and stand in order to make the full supply chain (page 10)

6. Lemonade Supply Chain Song*
The Farmer picks a lemon from the tree. He packs and ships it to the factory. Squeeze the juice, add sugar, water Pour the mixture in a bottle. And Deliver it to the store for you and me. Supply Chain’s everywhere that we can see! Supply Chain brings the world to you and me!

Students form the supply chain in front of the class:
Print double sided and laminate re-usable cards on 8.5 x 11 paper
Students form their sections of the lemonade supply chain in front of the class and stay in front of the class until the entire supply chain is built.
Create a classroom poster that remains with the class:
Print a large sized poster template (page 8 with outlines, but no pictures)
Paste poster template in a visible place in the classroom
Print small lemonade supply chain cards that could be taped to the poster
Teams go up to poster one at a time and build their supply chain (power point in parallel)
Poster stays with the class.
