361 students identified * Academic Success Packet Campaign Tim Bond, Coral Scherma * Limitations: clean, accurate data. Communication to students as to what SSC is.

Campaigns - Future Probation/restricted probation
Academic Success Packet (ASP) Early advising to promote registration for summer fall “Murky Middle” students ( CUM GPA students – last semester was a bomb) First-term students (freshmen & transfer) Two withdrawals in a semester or total withdrawal Late start students - registered late and still have S11 holds Milestone / degree progress checks (60 credits, 90 credits, etc.) Target students who have not been in for appointment

Post-Advising Survey “Daily Academic Advisor Reports” in SSC pulled daily Filter out “cancelled” and “0 min” appointments Send standardized to all attended appointments 104 submissions since 4/1/18 93.2% rated experience “Useful” or “Very Useful” 96.1% would recommend other students to meet with their advisor * Limitations: clearly determining “no shows”, response rate
