3. Going away for Christmas or New Year?
The festive season is fast approaching. Please ensure you order your prescriptions in plenty of time if you will be collecting before your medication would normally be due. The dispensary requires a minimum of 48 hours to complete the dispensing process of your medications.

4. Collecting prescriptions over Christmas and New Year
If you are due to collect your prescription on a day the surgery will be closed please see below. If your prescription is not due on a day we are closed please collect as normal. If you required your prescription early please let us know at least 48 hours before collection.

5. Christmas Opening Times

Other than these days the surgery will be open as normal 08:30-18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:30-12:00 on Wednesdays.

6. Do you have a nominated contact?
Next of kin? Emergency Contact? Neighbour? Although we may know this information informally, please ask at reception for a form so we can update your medical records with who you are happy for us to contact or discuss your care with. As part of our confidential service to you we need this information to provide you with the best possible care.
