Dump the seat. Remove the bezel cap using flat headed screw driver. Also remove bezel cap M6 bolt.
Flat head screw driver, Torque wrench or nut runner.

Remove TPA bezel cover. To remove TPA bezel cover pull lever slightly upward.

Lift bottom flap & loose hardboard bolt on lower side of hardboard flap.
Torque wrench or nut runner. 4.
Pull the hardboard out.

Take new hard board. Align hardboard locators on top side in frame.

Align middle locators of hardboard with frame & push hardboard upward.

Match hardboard & frame holes on lower side. Carry out loose fitment of hardboard using M6 bolts. Tighten bolts using torque wrench or nut runner.
Torque wrench or nut runner. 8.
Fitment of TPA bezel cover. To carry out fitment of TPA bezel cover pull lever slightly upward.

Tighten M6 bolt using torque wrench and fit bezel cap. Take the seat back to design condition.
