digital is not ‘add on’ any more giving it a go improving the customer experience Investing some of the materials grant in digital [many said this, not all] upskilling staff

What are we really excited about?
Being innovative and on par with our community Being part of an industry recognised for being IT savvy Change of focus for core library services and collections Combining SAPLN financial resources to fund a better interface Developing a simple one-stop method to access our resources Potential to upskill enough staff to really make a difference Bringing in new customers NFC/ibeacon SOLUS! UX That there is a strategy and changes are supported
