2. Fish and Game Code Chapter 4 Recreational Activities
Proposed Code is to put our CURRENT Code in order
Chapter 1 Creation of Game and Fish Code
The purpose, establishment, jurisdiction, prior inconsistent resolutions & ordinances and definitions should be in the beginning, current code has them on pgs 9 & 14-16
Chapter 2 Authority of Game and Fish Department
Lists the actual department structure and duties, Director makes recommendations & oversees the department but both Business Councils have final approval
Chapter 3 Permits
Puts all content pertaining to permits together; Permit Requirements, agreement form, permit dealers; bond, guides, outfitters, special licenses and permits pg 1
Chapter 4 Recreational Activities
This chapter puts all activities in their own section; current code has them listed together in fishing regulations and is in different sections and pgs 1, 6, 2, 5, 25, 26 & 7

3. Fish and Game Code Chapter 5 Fishing Regulations
This chapter puts all the information in one chapter, current code has them on pgs 1, 3, 5
Chapter 6 Hunting Permits and Tags
Puts areas pertaining to permits and tags in one chapter, current code has this in Chapter 3 p 10 & Chapter 8 p 22-24
Chapter 7 Game Hunting
Puts all areas together; current code has the sections pertaining to game hunting on different pgs 10-12, 10, 21, 22 & 19
Chapter 8 Trapping
Puts all areas together, current code has it in chapter 5 p then chapter 8 p 18
Chapter 9 Game Bird Hunting
Puts all areas together, current code has them in chapter 6, 7, & 8 p13-14
