Last Updated Date: 2/26/2016

Introducing the 16.1 Update
iCIMS 16.1 Update provides new self-administration and reporting capabilities that allow our customers to organize system permissions easily and gain more insight into the candidate application experience. The features in this update are designed to increase customer self-sufficiency and hiring insight. Additionally, iCIMS is constantly investing in performance and stability improvements to benefit customer growth and scaling. A new Time-to-Complete Application Report allows recruiters to see how much time candidates spend in specific application steps and provides insights for organizations to improve their application processes. The improved interface of the Career Portal Posting Center lets recruiters easily see the value of the Job Board Aggregator Posting tool built into iCIMS Recruit. After the 16.1 Update, iCIMS plans to release a feature that allows user admins to assign user licenses, add or remove user permissions, and control user levels of access from one centralized User License page. Additional information is available in the Expanded User License Management section of these highlights. More details concerning the release of this feature will be provided as they are made available.

Time to Complete Application Report
Recruiters can see the average amount of time a candidate spends within a certain application step by running a Time to Complete Application report, which utilizes the new Time to Complete Application Steps (AVG) column. Furthermore, the Count (%) column built into this report allows recruiters to see at-a-glance what percentage of candidates are currently in specific application steps. If any application step is requiring more time than expected and potentially influencing candidate drop-off, recruiters can identify that step and suggest changes to the application process as desired.

Job Aggregator Posting
When a job is posted publicly to a Career Portal, it is also sent to highly-trafficked job board aggregators via an automatic feed. iCIMS has improved the interface of its Career Portals Posting Center to provide more visibility into this valuable tool.

Expanded User License Management (Coming Soon!)
User admins can easily manage user licenses via Admin > User > User License.
6
Expanded User License Management (Coming Soon!)
From this page, user admins can view how many user licenses are available and assigned within a system. User licenses, and their corresponding accesses and permissions, are organized by user group. When adding a new user to a user group, user admins can use the type-to-search textbox and easily locate the appropriate person in their system. Clicking the Add User button within each user group panel launches the Add User screen.
