The procedures are important for review, so that you are aware of all the classroom expectations. Also, to keep you out of trouble.

6. Preparing for class
You are to Enter the classroom at the ENTERANCE door ONLY!
Get all necessary supplies and notebooks at the beginning of class. If you are in need of anything, you may borrow it from the student station!
Follow the direction I always have posted on the board.
If you are not in your seat by the time the bell rings, you are late and there will be consequences.

8. Never leave the class until your work area is cleaned.

I will have a student find you to come back and clean up your mess.
Always leave out of the exit door.

9. Do not Cause a scene
If we are in the middle of class, try your best to pick up where we are. If we are working on an assignment please get it from the front and ask a friend to catch you up.

10. When you are absent
Go to my website. Everything we do is on there, as well as any worksheets. I update it every 48 hours!
If you missed a test because of an excused absence, inform Mr. Shaw and arrange a time to make up the test during working lunch. PLAN AHEAD!!

11. Science help sessions are on Fridays at 8:00 AM.
If you are planning on attending a session, please have your parents me to confirm that they can bring you. I don’t want to be here early and you not show up!
