2. GV2K1 & GV2K2
Both of these machines will produce a finished flat bag width of up to 200mm.
The GV2K1 has a maximum bag length of 225mm and the GV2K2 350mm. Minimum bag sizes on both machines are 50mm wide x 60mm long.
As with all of our machines there is a wide variety of optional extras thus allowing the machine to be tailored to suit your specific needs.

3. GV2K3 & GV2K4
Both of these machines will produce a finished flat bag width of up to 320mm. The GV2K3 has a maximum bag length of 350mm and the GV2K4 500mm.Minimum bag sizes on both machines are 80mm wide x 80mm long
As with all our machines there is a wide variety of optional extras thus allowing the machine to be tailored to suit your specific needs.

4. GV4 & GV5
The GV4 and GV5 vertical form fill and seal machines have been designed for larger and more industrial types of fills. The GV4 has a maximum bag width of 400mm and the GV5 is 600mm. Typically these machines are ideally suited for product weights ranging from 1kg up to 25kg. As with all our machines these machines can be offered in mild steel and stainless steel formats.

Gainsborough Engineering Company has a wide range of extras that can be added to the basic machine. This enables the machine to be customised to suit each individual clients needs.
