4. Deindividuation
concept in social psychology that is generally thought of as the loss of self- awareness in groups, although this is a matter of contention

5. Social Facilitation
Social facilitation, or the audience effect, is the tendency for people to perform differently when in the presence of others than when alone.
Compared to their performance when alone, when in the presence of others, they tend to perform better on simple or well-rehearsed tasks and worse on complex or new ones.

6. Social Loafing
is the phenomenon of a person exerting less effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group than when they work alone.

7. Group Polarization
phenomenon that when placed in group situations, people will make decisions and form opinions to more of an extreme than when they are in individual situations

8. Group Think
phenomenon that occurs within a group of people in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an irrational or dysfunctional decision-making outcome.
Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative viewpoints by actively suppressing dissenting viewpoints, and by isolating themselves from outside influences.
