2. Summary of Decisions
Flexibility: departmental input on improvements to their space
Examples: if the department wanted to:
Reorient cubicles
Paint walls, visual changes, etc.
Additional Space: 10% additional space given to all departments
Usage of assigned space is determined by the departments
Expedited space request process: get more space if there is a need
Reconfiguration of groups to better suit their work style/needs
Release of space to the Chancellor will help expedite space requests
241 focus rooms to be converted to private offices
PCMB Faculty and Staff moving to Mission Hall in 2019
Remaining focus rooms will be available for anyone in the building to use
