11 Only the benefit resources, for which you are eligible, will appear in the “Add an Expense” list. Please note - all available claim options are not shown here.

Before starting your online claim, you should have your detailed receipts, Explanation of Benefits or other acceptable documentation scanned and saved to your computer. These can be saved as separate documents or saved all together in one document. Select method of payment. Add service details. Fields with * are required. The additional fields assist with the processing of your claim, but are not required. Click “Save this Claim” to continue.

13 Are you finished? If yes, remember to click “Submit the Claim Form Online.”

14 Need to make changes? You can use the “Edit” or “Delete” options to change the claim you just entered.

15 Do you have more claims to submit?
It’s your L cky day, you can add them here! Just click on the Expense you wish to add. Once you click on the link in the “Add an Expense” column, you will be redirected to previous screen “Step 3. Enter a claim” You will have the option to use the same document that you have already uploaded, or upload a new document. Then you will enter the new claim details just like you did before and click “Save this Claim.” Once again you will be directed to this screen only this time you will notice a second line will appear above and you will see the “Claims” number and the “Total” amounts have increased. Continue to add to your claims using the links in the “Add an Expense” column until you are finished. Then remember you must click “Submit the Claim Form Online,” to process your claim.

16 Great news, click “Save the Claim Form” and come back to it!
Do you want to add more claims but ran out of time? Do you need to gather more information? One of “life’s little emergencies” just happened and you have to go? Great news, click “Save the Claim Form” and come back to it! Just remember , you still have to submit the claim form in order for it to be processed.

17 How to file a claim using the MyRSC mobile App
To Submit claims using the MyRSC mobile app, you will first have to download it from iTunes or the Google Play store for your specific device. 1 2 3 4 Complete the Fields and Image Upload Don’t forget to click red Save button. 4 5 Read the disclosure and click Agree 6 You will get a message that states: Success. The claim has been submitted! Click OK and you have completed the process. Continue with your next claim if needed. Log into your account on the app Use same login credentials you set up on the main website Select the Benefit Type (Your Options may differ from what is shown depending on your elected benefits) Click SnapClaim
