Served in the Special Guerrilla Unit (SGU) in Laos Family came to Sheboygan in 1976 – Political Refugee Became US citizen in 1982, first in Sheboygan Sponsored many families to Sheboygan Community/Family Leader – City, State, National Education Leader – Adult Classes, LTC/Lakeland Established Sheboygan Hmong New Year, HMAA, Yang Vang Meng Family, Lao-Hmong, American Coalition, and LHAVM Died 1997 Special Dedications
