Exit Card There is currently some debate as to whether drinking sports drinks after an intense workout is the best option for hydration and recovery. Based on this food label from a Gatorade bottle, your knowledge of the excretory system, and your own personal experience, tell me whether you think drinking sports drinks like Gatorade is a good way to hydrate after intense exercise. Remember to justify your answers!
