UTM Global Plan PHASE 1 Alignment to be a Global University PHASE 2 High impact programs PHASE 3 Strategic Transformation & Advanced Research UTM formulated this plan in Among the target is to be the top 50 university in the world, based on QS ranking in Engineering and Technology. The management decided to continue with the plan and beginning next year ie 2015, we have to continue the journey for the 2nd phase (high impact programs). Obviously there will be enhancement, adjustment to the plans. What we hope for the next 2 days, we will present the plan in general and to get feedback from our LPU and insyaAllah we will get a consensus for our 2nd phase of PGU2.

These are inter related.
