Skill Repertoire Definition = the ability to perform a wide range of skills well in a pressurised situation. Example Factor: In badminton, my skill repertoire impacted my performance positively. Context: In badminton, I can vary the tempo of the game by accurately playing an overhead clear to the back corners of the court, or playing a drop shot, tight to the net. Impact: This means that my play is unpredictable and I will be able to wrong foot my opponent to force a weak return and win the point.

Creativity Definition = Creativity is the ability to perform unusually, innovatively and uniquely. It can be described as being able to face a problem and create a solution that is not expected or is different from the normal. Factor: In netball, at a centre pass, creativity impacted my performance positively. Context: As a WA, instead of running straight into the centre pass to receive the ball, I performed a rollover, round the WD’s back. Impact: This meant that I was able to get away from the WD, into a space and was able to maintain possession for my team get the ball down the court without fear of interception.
