1 Push Up Primary Muscle(s): Pectoralis Major Pectoralis Minor
Execution: (on toes or knees) Begin in a prone position with hands on the floor about shoulder width apart. The torso should be in a straight line with the ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. The head remains in a comfortable neutral position. Inhale while lowering the body toward the floor until upper arms are parallel to the floor. Move torso, hips, and legs as a single unit toward the floor. Exhale while extending arms and pushing the body back up to starting position. Variations: Modified spiderman push up T-Push Ups On toes incline push up Push Ups (with alternating shoulder tap)

Deltoids Triceps Obliques Execution: Start in the standard push up position, with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line As you lower your torso towards the floor, bend your elbows out to the side. At the same time, lift one foot off the floor, bend the knee to the side up to hip level. As you bend your elbows out to the side and lower your torso toward the floor, Repeat this action, alternating side.

Triceps Execution: Begin in the standard push-up position. Perform a powerful push-up and at the top of the exercise lift one arm from the floor and raise towards the ceiling whilst twisting your torso to the side. Roll onto the sides of your feet and keep your body straight at all times. Return to the starting position. Repeat but this time raise the opposite arm and alternate arms to complete the set.
