200 Earnings, Deductions and Accumulators
Calculate up to earnings, deductions and benefits for each of your employees. Use more than one hundred pre-defined deductions and/or benefit calculations or customize your own.

Permanent Histories Have instant access to necessary pay history data to analyze payroll costs and improve budget accuracy. Preview reports directly on the screen using the built-in report viewer, or output to PDF or any printing device.

Import and Export Easily import or export data from spreadsheets or electronic time clocks. Define custom formats by selecting the desired fields and indicating their position and size. Formats can be saved for future use.

Multiple Bank Accounts
The EFT feature allows you to distribute each employee’s pay to multiple bank accounts (savings, chequing, mortgage accounts, etc.). Print customized cheques for improved branding and communication.

Reconcile Payrates & Positions
Assign up to two hundred different pay types on each payroll. Assign rates on per- employee basis, select them from a union rate table, or have rates automatically assigned using values in one or more accumulators.

Account Allocation Control
Allocate employee earnings to any number of general ledger accounts. Company benefits can be proportionately allocated, based on the earnings for each account.

Employee Groups Set up employee groups to control processes which apply to multiple employees For example, make a group of employees subject to a certain deduction by applying the action to their predefined group).

Detailed Employee Information
Enter detailed information about each of your employees (medical information, special notes, etc.). Employee photos can be included to assist organizations where staff work at different locations.
