Mentorship Program Objectives
Invite aviation professionals to consider mentorship as a fundamental key to individual and organizational performance with the result of enhancing aviation safety. Provide opportunities for participants to learn, network, build leadership skills, attend events and get create connections with the aviation community. A vehicle for good corporate citizens to support leadership development and advance opportunities in all facets of aviation in British Columbia. Embrace simplicity and organic development of the program by connecting aviation professionals at different stages of their leadership journey.
