Submit on 10th working day after end of the month / quarter
Municipalities must always submit data strings for Borrowing (Loans/Bonds) and Investment, irrespective of whether it exists or not. The file layouts differ form the data files with bonds/loans and investments. Elsabé discussed the file layouts in a presentation at one of the previous Reporting Reference Group meetings.
