Open Both Images in Bridge

Fix the white balance to what you prefer

Click on reflective gradient and drag down on picture.

Click Open Image once in Photoshop Go to the underexposed picture
Click Open Image once in Photoshop Go to the underexposed picture. Go to select AllCtrl C

Go to the overexposed pictures and click Ctrl V
Go to the overexposed pictures and click Ctrl V. Your layer will then be pasted into that window.

Select both layers and go to Edit Auto Align Auto
Select both layers and go to Edit Auto Align Auto. Give minute to think to align both photos.

2. Hold your Alt Key and Click create Vector Mask.

Begin to Brush over the part you are wanting to be more overexposed compared to underexposed. This will be your final product.
