Which aspects of the working conditions are touched ? Ergonomics: new materials / prefabricated building materials / new tools / the work process itself Chemicals: dust / chemicals / surface treatment Holistic view: we need a precautionary approach - gathering people from science, design, manufacturing, building sector New combinations means that the requirement is to adopt konwledge from other sectors or professions. We consider that as a “Mdium degree of Change”. Holistic also means aspects like the interrelation with other professions/sectorial acitvities or the legal background. But also the combination with other policies in europe – demographic change. Building with Wood – 21 November 2017
