What is needed?
Integration into existing curricula for all specific professions
Focus on transferable key-competences
Integration of new knowledge into the education of architects and OSH co-ordinators
Train the trainer
Stronger communication between training institutes/companies and cross-sector collaboration
We are not in favour of creating new professions
For initial vocational training, access to technology is neede.
Often not possible for samll companies.
Corporate training centres are one solution.

Chemicals: dust / chemicals / surface treatment
Holistic view: we need a precautionary approach - gathering people from science, design, manufacturing, building sector
New combinations means that the requirement is to
adopt konwledge from other sectors or professions.
We consider that as a “Mdium degree of Change”.
Holistic also means aspects like the interrelation
with other professions/sectorial acitvities or
the legal background. But also the combination with
other policies in europe – demographic change.

Highly relevant: the cooperation between professions and companies
Design of technology
