1. Help each other be Right not Wrong
Be sure everyone is familiar with Pilot Governance; Pilot International Bylaws, District Standing Rules, Club Standing Rules and policy and procedures.

2. Look for ways to make new ideas work – not for reasons they won’t

4. Help each other win and take pride in each other’s victories.
Once a decision is made everyone should support it. All members should participate Congratulate and thank each other for a job well done. Utilize member’s talents in your events Evaluate all events

5. Speak positively about each other and your club at every opportunity
Prospective members do want to hear negativity – they want to hear the positive impact you have on the community.

6. Maintain a positive mental attitude, no matter what the circumstances

7. Act with initiative and courage, act as if it all depends on you
Give all you can Give Don’t do it all! Don’t do Ask for help! Ask

8. Do everything with enthusiasm – it is contagious
“I have to go to my Pilot meeting tonight” or I am going to my Pilot meeting tonight. Yes a fundraiser and projects are work – but if you are not having fun something is wrong!

9. Don’t lose faith – never give up! It will get better.
