3 Claims Process Rider Crash Proclaim & MAIL
Pays Licence fee (incl. personal accident insurance premium) Ambulance (Riders arrange own ambulance cover) Report to Proclaim & MAIL Review Licence & Participation Assess/Pay Lump Sum & Non-Medicare (no gap fee payable) To SCB Medicare covers Hospital and Doctor Rider paid by either Medicare, private health insurance or MAIL (as per policy conditions) SCB contribution to MA (incl. insurance premium for MAIL) Medicare

Please note: any serious injury or fatality is to be notified to the MA CEO by phone immediately Incident report completed by the club and sent by the SCB to Proclaim / MAIL contact details Proclaim Phone: Motorcycling Australia Insurance Limited Phone: Incident occurs Details of claim lodgement process provided to injured rider/family Rider/family then calls Proclaim to begin claim procedure
