5 Utah History 1 The First Page of your IN should be set up like this
Your Name Period Number The First Page of your IN should be set up like this Place a “1” in the upper right-hand corner

6 The second-Fifth pages of your IN should look like this  Place a “2” in the upper right- hand corner and title this page “Table of Contents” Add the title, “Table of Contents” to pages three through five as well! 2 Table of Contents Date Assignment Page #

7 Continue Numbering Your Pages

8 Remember! Even Numbers on the left, Odd Numbers on the right
…and numbering… 20 21

9 …and numbering… Keep numbering your pages until you get to 80 80

10 Now, Your Name… Place your name in the following places in your notebook: Page 3 (above the “Table of Contents” title) Back Cover

11 Maintaining the Interactive Notebook
No ripped out pages or torn covers No doodling that does not relate to notes or historical information Date and number each page
