1. Hi! My name is Miss Testa, and I will be your third
grade teacher! What an amazing journey we get to embark on together this year! You will not believe
how much you are going to grow. I have so much
planned, and I can’t wait to get to know you and
your family!
Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. This will
be my fourth year teaching third grade, and my
sixth year working at Lakeshore. I was an assistant
teacher in the first grade and taught kindergarten
for a year. I love third grade because of all the
exploring, learning, and fun we get to have!
I was born in New York, but grew up most of my life
here in Mooresville. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.
Family is very important to me, and I try to instill those values in my classroom. I am not married and don’t
have any children of my own yet, but I do have two
fur babies who I love very much!
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to meet you
at Open House on Wednesday, August 24th.
