What is T-Folio? T-Folio…
is a free, interactive online platform being developed by CCTS for youth with disabilities and the school and agency workers who support them. provides facilitators with lessons plans and tips to help students complete a series of interactive exercises resulting in the creation of products needed for the student’s Transition Portfolio (T-Folio). uses student-centered curriculum to guide students–with the assistance of a facilitator –in the development of their transition portfolios. includes interactive exercises that can be accessed across different devices. Activities completed online and saved to pdf, or printed and completed by hand. aligns with both school requirements and DVR Pre-Employment Transition Service categories so that both teachers and agency personnel will find it useful.
