Project was started in 2010 and went on hold multiple times
Lack of project prioritization process
Small project team that did not reach far enough into the organization
Initial product evaluation did not take all considerations into account, particularly cost

6. Why did it succeed? Project was given priority – Biggest Possibility
The new project team was cross functional and diverse – the team followed new project management processes
Dedicated BA/technical resource
Base software product was more affordable
Custom design allowed for flexibility
