Place the following ingredients in separate containers with tablespoon serving utensils: Refried beans Sour cream, Salsa Shredded cheese Give each child a foil cupcake liner with name on the bottom. Child places 1-tablespoon of each ingredient in cup. Dip is served with tortilla chips.
