Aubade- A song or poem greeting the dawn/ a morning song/ a song or poem of lovers parting at dawn

Background information:
Originally a French word that first romanced speakers of the English language during 1670’s. It means “dawn serenade,” and later went to the word for a song/ poem for lovers parting.

Structure: Good example of an “iamb pattern” ( an unstressed syllable followed by a stressed syllable. “daDUM daDUM ” pattern Aubades follow iambic follow iambic pentameter pattern, when a line breaks it is noticeable, kinda dies Albas (a dialogue between parting lovers)
