2. Introduction of Leadership(Literature)
Leadership is a process of influencing the behaviour of people at work towards the achievement of specified goal.
The following elements must be present in the leadership:
It is the process of influence.
The influence is always for achievement of common goal.
There must be minimum two or more persons present, influencing your own behaviour is not leadership.
The influence should be to get the willing co- operation of the employees and not the forceful co- operation.

3. Features of Leadership:-
Leadership indicates the ability of an individual to influence others.
Leadership tries to bring change in behaviour.
Leadership shows interpersonal relationship between leader and followers.
Leadership is to achieve common goal.
Leadership is a continuous process.

4. Importance of Leadership:-
The significance of leadership can be understood by learning following points:

6. Types of Leadership
Behavioural Leadership:- The study of the actions, or behaviours, that define a leader is known as behavioural leadership.
Decision Making Leadership:- Decision making is the process of making a choice between a number of option and committing to a future course of action.
Project Leadership:- Project leadership is an ability to get things done well through others.

According to our team member survey or analysis in the Behavioural Leadership section we got 100% positive result. In decision making leadership skill, our team member got that in section of leadership out of three questions one is in positive answer and two are of in negative. In last section, i.e., project leadership and team leadership skill questions, our team found that out of four questions in this selection three of them are in positive reply and only one that is question no.3 is in negative answer.
