2 Trophic Levels The feeding levels of an ecosystem.
Ecosystems are made up of several feeding levels Each trophic level may contain a variety of species.

6 Detailed Energy Pyramid

7 Energy that enters each trophic level:
Mostly used to keep the organism alive Some is passed out as waste Some is stored in the organism’s tissues Available as food for organisms in the next trophic level.

8 Detritivores Feed at every trophic level
Consumers of dead plant/animal matter and animal waste. (Ex. Earthworms, beetles). Also include decomposers such as bacteria and fungi.
