2. Location
The tundra is located in the North Pole and the Arctic Circle.

3. Temperature
The temperature in the tundra is about 10º to 15º F.

4. Rainfall
It only rains about 6 to 10 inches a year but it so cold that it turns into snow.
It only rains about 10 to 25 centimeters a year.

5. Vertebrate In the Arctic there are over 100 vertebrate.
Here are three of them:

Weasel

6. Invertebrate Here are three invertebrate found in the tundra: Flies
Beetles
Arctic Bumble Bees

7. VEGETATATION Almost nothing grows in the Arctic.
It is too cold most of the year.
I found three things that grow in the tundra during the summer months.
Lichens
Moss
Grass

8. Fact
The tundra is just like a desert but it is not as hot.

9. Fact #2 Most of the water is turned into ice because it is so cold.
Precipitation is usually snow, sleet, or hail.
