Attending the Advocacy workshop and knowledge of NHS Complaints
Enter and View visits to care homes reviewing outcomes of Portsmouth
Clinical Commissioning Group’s Multi-Speciality Community Provider project
Took part in PLACE (Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment) visits focussing on physical environments of care in hospital settings
Offered feedback on the “ Big Conversation” and the engagement style of Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group
About to do children’s safeguarding to have basic awareness and knowledge to support his engagement work with families and children
Able to apply local knowledge/community feedback to wider
issues and have impact on voluntary bodies
