2. When DSP&S student request Test Accommodations

3. Log-In to your SIS Portal

4. How to submit test proctoring using Faculty SIS portal

5. Select Class Roster

6. Start the form

7. Continue Completing The Form

8. Attach the file(s) and check mark “box” and submit the form

9. When Professor’s submit their form Electronically we get Alerted.

10. After DSP&S Staff Log-In into SIS Portal the following screen shows:

11. Screen continues and click on view to download the file(s).

12. Screen ends

13. Electronic Tracking: You may click on any of the link below to locate DSPS student’s test submitted by you. Or enter the student’s ID# in Employee ID to locate a student History.
