4. Log into iAPPS
Go to and (always) log into the “Content Manager”

5. Go to the iAPPS Marketing
Once on the Content Manager page, select the iAPPS “Marketing” menu option in the upper left hand corner

6. Email Blasts Available Campaigns
1. In search field, type Easter
2. Select Holiday Hours Update: Easter
3. Click Edit & Send

7. Some will need to confirm using “Save As” feature for new content

8. Template
In template, you can update text copy. Click on pencil icon to open menu Select “Edit Text”

9. Send Test Email Click in the top right corner, “Email Actions”
Drop down menu will appear, select “Send A Test”
Add address

10. Choose Recipients

11. Choose Contacts 1. Select All Contacts 2. Highlight “All Contacts”
3. Save and Schedule

12. Schedule and Select Site(s)
1. Select Date
2. Select Time
3. Select Sites
4. Click “Review & Send”

13. Confirm and Publish Email content.

14. Click on “Scheduled Highlight Email Click “Cancel Send”
