2. LCLS vacuum chamber current status
All 41 chambers are fully machined.
41 chambers have been welded.
35 chambers were inspected, baked, certified and shipped to SLAC.
The rest of the chambers will be shipped to SLAC before 05/10/08.

4. LCLS vacuum chamber adjustment and wall thickness inspection
After changing of the chamber design and adjusting system design
chamber alignment usually took about 4 hours.
Wall thickness variation for the most of the chambers is within ±40µ.

Initial attempt to inspect the vacuum chamber length using caliper, gage block and filler gage failed.
Finally length of the all vacuum chambers after welding was measured successfully using laser tracker.
