Using a variety of ways to disseminate information Website Posting more information: Meetings and agendas Workshops Reports Internal Coordination: Coordination with program participants, subcontractors, TRC, SC, etc. Coordination with Staff Implemented quarterly staff meetings Working on more monthly meetings with sr. staff Contracts and financial management (prepare contracts, reviewing invoices, working with external auditor, updating SC) 2005 on track with regard to labor and direct costs Surplus in subs due to cancellation of episodic toxicity ($100K) However, do not have funding to date: Contract issues with Caltrans ($40K still outstanding); Expecting payment on one other ($20KCity of Vallejo) Any surplus will be carried to 2006.
