Incorrect assumptions about market size or penetration Product that do not appeal to customers Incorrect pricing of the product or service Spending too much before generating income

COURSE DESCRIPTION Participants develop and test their business model using an adaptable Business Model Canvas. They make assumptions for their businesses and then test them in the market place.

Course… They then come back and refine their assumption using the feedback from the market place. They will also have coaching sessions to help them refine their assumptions
