Role of the Victorian Government Land Monitor (VGLM) Provide Government with an assurance of integrity, impartiality and accountability in land transactions Review & analyse each transaction $750K or more to ensure it is conducted in accordance with Policy Transactions that do not require a submission must still comply with all relevant parts Confirm relevant exemptions Attend at valuers conference Approve offer/s in disputed claims To fulfil responsibilities VGLM has a role in monitoring and enforcing compliance
