Shows the good reasons that you think the way you do Example: Ari wants mom to buy pizza Mom, it has healthy stuff Did research (appeal to authority); it’s on the food pyramid

4 Pathos Talks to heart: uses emotions and feelings
Make sure the audience feels the way you do Example: Ari wants Pizza Mom, I LOVE pizza! It makes me happy!
