3 Your Assignment In groups of 2 or 3 create a poster raising awareness to the importance of living an active, healthy lifestyle (What is an active healthy lifestyle??) Your posters will be put up around the school so take your time making them and do the best you can Your poster should be captivating and meaningful (what does this mean??) Include a motto!! Time Limit: 35 minutes

M – Measurable: how will you know that the goal has been reached A – Attainable: make sure your goal is possible R – Rewarding: what is in it for you to keep working at the goal? T – Timely: set a date that you would like to achieve your goal by. This way you have a benchmark to work towards
