He went to Harvard Medical School mainly black and white photos he took. He gained a major boost when the Sierra Club published In the Wildness Is the Preservation of the world.
His techniques were he used details in his photos to make them look better
Eliot’s best known photo’s are of the nature and birds and detailed photos of them.
Showed the good in things and showed peace and happiness in things in life.

I researched this person because of his willingness and creativity to look at nature and landscaping and just the peacefulness of the outdoors. Eliot is such a great photographer I love the style he creates and shows with his photo’s this is why I picked Eliot Porter.
