5. 2017 Open Enrollment Debit Card Information
All existing employees enrolled in applicable plans will already have debit cards
New hires and new participants will receive their debit card by 05/10/17 if enrollment is completed by 04/14/17
Debit cards will be received by 05/01/17 if enrollment is completed by 04/10/17
