IDAHO - WRITE Sandpoint, Idaho Bonner General Hospital
Sandpoint, in the northern tip of Idaho, is just south of the Canadian border. Located on magnificent 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille, surrounded by the Selkirk and Cabinet mountains, and with Schweitzer Mountain ski resort minutes away, Sandpoint is blessed with outstanding beauty. IDAHO - WRITE Hailey, Idaho
Located 11 miles south of neighboring communities Ketchum and Sun Valley, Hailey lies in the midst of the lovely Wood River Valley and in the heart of the central Idaho Rockies. Hailey is about 160 miles east of Boise, the state's capital. The Wood River Valley is in Blaine County, at the edge of the Sawtooth and Challis National Forests. Almost surrounded by U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management lands, the valley's heart is the Big Wood River. The population is close to 7,000 and Hailey enjoys the tag line: "Idaho's hometown in the mountains". IDAHO - WRITE McCall is located in the West Central Mountains of Idaho on scenic HWY 55. McCall is a destination resort town located on the shores of the Payette Lake. Geography is composed of mountainous areas interspersed with high valleys and numerous lakes. It has a population of 3,000. St. Lukes - Boise Boise enjoys four distinct seasons. Its location on a high desert plain brings mild winters and low humidity. Annual precipitation 11.7 inches. Population 215, Boise city limits. IDAHO TRACK Saint Alphonsus -Boise FMRI - Boise Nestled on a high desert plain in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains with a pristine river flowing through its center, Boise finds its roots from the gold rush days of the 1800s.
