3 Fig 2 Additional modifications of the Cabrol include (A) direct implantation of short separate grafts from each coronary artery onto the composite aortic graft; (B) similar to (A) but with direct anastomosis of the longer left tubular graft to the medial aspect of the aortic conduit; (C) the graft to the right coronary artery is anastomosed directly onto the valved conduit, and the graft to the left main stem is anastomosed onto the previous aortocoronary graft in a T-fashion; and (D) two 10-mm polyester grafts are developed that connect each coronary ostium to the composite graft above the level of the already raised valve prosthesis.
