2 Content The manual contains two main sections Create a new case
Pre-Op Mode Post-Op Mode Open an existing case

3 Create a New Case (Pre-Op Mode)
Workflow The following screens show the step-by-step workflow for creating a new case in the pre-operative mode*. (*In the pre-operative mode, the user decides all the parameters for the frame before the operation, based on his analysis of the deformity).

4 Create a New Case – step 1 (Pre-Op Mode)
Login to the application Enter a valid username Enter a valid password Click on login a b c

5 Create a New Case – step 2 (Pre-Op Mode)
Home Page Click on ‘Start New Case’ a

6 Create a New Case – step 3 (Pre-Op Mode)
Case Details Enter the patient first name Enter the patient last name Enter the patient DOB Select the Gender Select the Anatomy Click Next

7 Create a New Case – step 4 (Pre-Op Mode)
Deformity Definition Select the reference fragment (Proximal or Distal) Enter the AP plane deformity parameters Enter the Lateral plane deformity parameters Enter the Axial plane deformity parameters Select the position of the osteotomy* Click Next (*Note: The osteotomy plane input is subject to change shortly).

8 Create a New Case – step 5 (Pre-Op-Mode)
Frame Application Mode Select the frame application mode as Pre-Op

9 Create a New Case – step 6 (Pre-Op Mode)
Ring Parameters Select the two ring sizes Enter the Reference ring position with respect to the osteotomy Enter the Moving ring position with respect to the osteotomy Enter the Moving ring orientation with respect to the bone. Click Next

10 Create a New Case – step 7 (Pre-Op Mode)
Strut Parameters Click to generate an optimal set of strut combinations.

11 Create a New Case – step 7 (Pre-Op Mode)
Strut Parameters Select one of the strut combinations. Click Next

12 Create a New Case – step 8 (Pre-Op Mode)
LAF Parameters Enter the LAF location with respect to the osteotomy. Enter the Distraction Rate

13 Create a New Case – step 8 (Pre-Op Mode)
LAF Parameters Click to calculate the correction time in days. Click Next

14 Create a New Case – step 9 (Pre-Op Mode)
Correction Plan Enter the start date for the correction plan Click to generate the plan

15 Create a New Case – step 9 (Pre-Op Mode)
Correction Plan c) Click to view the correction simulation

16 Create a New Case (Post-Op Mode)
Workflow The following screens show the step-by-step workflow for creating a new case in the post-operative mode*. (*In the post-operative mode, the user enters the strut parameters read off the frame that has already been placed on the deformed limb.).

Strut Parameters Click to compute the moving ring position Click Next

LAF Parameters Enter the LAF location with respect to the osteotomy. Enter the Distraction Rate

LAF Parameters Click to calculate the correction time in days. Click Next

History Page Click on ‘Open’ link for the required study. Click on ‘Create New’ link to create a study Click on ‘Case Summary’ to view the case summary report. b a
