Symbols are used in professional sports all the time
Literal meaning – A lion
Figurative – Strong, powerful king
of the jungle

6. “Hungry enough to eat a horse.”
For these three expressions we need to find the figurative meaning.
“Hungry enough to eat a horse.”
Figurative meaning-
You are very hungry.
