What is Project 351? Project 351 is a youth service nonprofit organization that brings together 8th grade Ambassadors from the 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts. Founded by Governor Deval Patrick in 2011 and now assembled by Governor Charlie Baker. Over the course of a year, it provides the Ambassadors leadership training, exposure to community service role models and the ability to participate in large scale community service projects both as a group and individually within our own communities.
